We are looking for a rounded individual with Marketing and PR experience. This individual with be an active contributor to our rapidly scaling business and with gain a great deal of experience across a wide range of practices.

This role will live between two business units 160 Driving Academy and Truckers Network, providing deep support to all efforts.

This person will be a savvy professional, proactive, and forward-thinking with excellent written and oral communication skills accompanied by a high level of organization.

This person processes the ability to see the big picture, think creatively and pitch new ideas in support of our growing business opportunities.

This position is a great opportunity for a young professional with existing experience that is looking to move into an elevated position in their career and gain a lot of insight and experience.

This position will report to the head of marketing with collaboration across department team members to achieve our company plan and overarching roadmap.

Responsibilities Assist in managing the companys media relations efforts : Local and National list management Pitching local and national news and trade press Monitoring press clippings and managing reporting Regular Updates to the Press Coverage Section (External Company Websites) New Branch Launches Ongoing Event Promotions In-House Promotions Community Relations Social Media Campaigns, Industry Influencer Opportunities, Cross-Promotional Opportunities Assists head of Marketing with routine monitoring of current project progress / statuses Managing ongoing comprehensive marketing campaign reporting by region (9 in total).

Additional metrics as specified Intranet Content Management + Announcements Company Newsletter + Updates Regular Updates to the Press Coverage Section (Intranet Site) Education Requirements Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience, approximately 3-5 years.

Experience Requirements Preferred : 3-5 years work experience. Technologically savvy, proficiency working in a remote-first world Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and oral Experience in effectively producing Public Relation efforts Great organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies Thorough attention to detail and accuracy Efficient time management skills, ensuring tasks and projects are completed accurately and efficiently
