Key ResponsibilitiesManage data entry practices and daily operations of the CRM ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiencyDesign and document operational policies and procedures to improve workflow coordination across teamsProvide technical support for gift administration and oversee revenue projections data systemsRequired Qualifications5+ years of nonprofit CRM experience as a power user or administratorExperience with Salesforce and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) strongly preferred;
HubSpot and Fundraise Up experience a plusProficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and MacrosProven track record of managing teams in both in-person and virtual environmentsInterest in social justice strongly desirable
