n AUTO OFFER most of the time! n nUnit Specifics : n· Number of Beds : 12 n· Patient Ratios : ICU patients 2 : 1. Med / surg and pcu patients 4 : 1 n· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Charge RN, RNs, PCT n· Type of equipment : Ventilators, specialty beds, occasionally CRRT n· Documentation system : Meditech n· Scheduling requirements : minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks).

n· Floating policy : Contract labor floats first n· Patient Experience requirements : med / surg experience n nHospital Specifics- n· Certifications : BLS, ACLS
