The Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained neuroradiologist to join our team.

The Division of Diagnostic Neuroradiology serves the University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC) and its affiliated hospitals.
UMMC is a 800 bed acute care hospital featuring a Neurocare Center of Excellence and the renowned Shock Trauma Center . Our division comprises 9 faculty members, closely collaborating with 4 neurointerventional surgeons.
State-of-the-art equipment includes High-Field MRI scanners , Simultaneous PET-MRI , and an MRI-guided focused ultrasound system .
The division plays an integral role in the Maryland Center for Advanced Imaging Research , in addition to a robust clinical and educational program.
Responsibilities encompass active engagement in the department’s educational mission, including involvement in radiology residency and neuroradiology fellowship program and partnerships with the School ofMedicine.
Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clinicians, patients, and trainees.

Qualifications :
- MD or equivalent degree
- Eligibility or certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
- Qualification for a Maryland medical license
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited neuroradiology fellowship (minimum 1 year)
- Neuroradiology CAQ-certified or eligible
- Proficiency in basic spine interventional procedures and interpretation of MRI / CT of the brain, spine, head, and neck
- H1b visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
