Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a key role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit / department during the designated shift.
In collaboration with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource person for staff, and supports the organization's vision / mission / values to provide an unparalleled patient experience and excellent clinical outcomes.
This position requires a Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
St. David's North Austin Medical Center is a multi-specialty hospital with more than 360 beds, home to various specialty services including a Level III NICU, a Kidney Transplant Center, and the Texas Institute for Robotic Surgery.
The facility offers 24-hour emergency care, heart and vascular care, neurology and neurosurgery, rehabilitation services, and inpatient and outpatient surgery.
