Job Description
Mental Health Associates (MHA) at Peachford create a safe environment for our patients, they save lives, provide hope, empower our patients to heal and teach new tools for coping to patients.
MHAs provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and are responsible for the provisioning of a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention, education groups and activities of daily living.

Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or other social services major required.
- One year related experience preferably in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
- Knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and an understanding of mental illness, preferred.
