Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial insurance and proven leadership skills.

As the Commercial Lines Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving the success of our commercial lines department, overseeing a team of dedicated professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a team of commercial lines professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for business growth and profitability.
• Oversee the underwriting process, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and business partners.

Qualifications :

• MUST Have current property and casualty license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.
• Proficiency in insurance software (EPIC, AMS360, TAM preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional designation (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) is a plus.
