- 10 years of Multi management experience
- Able to clearly convey ideas and expectations to all team members.
- A role model who leads by example, actively involved in day-to-day operations.
- Capable of analyzing situations and making strategic decisions that benefit the business.
- Strives for perfection and maintains a high level of organization in all tasks.
