HSA & Associates, Inc. provides structural engineering services for a variety of projects including e-commerce business parks, distributions centers, office buildings, sound stages, parking structures and others throughout the United States.
We are made up of 60 + employees and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our very dynamic and fast-growing team in West Covina, CA.
Position / Job title may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
Minimum Requirements :
- 1-3 years (Entry-Level); 3+ years for more experienced levels as a Structural Engineer
- BS or MS in Structural Engineering
- California SE license is a plus
- Experience in seismic design
- Design experience in a wide range of structural materials and project types
- Experience in Tilt-Up is a plus
- Design experience in a wide range of structural materials and project types
- Familiarity with codes and standards applicable to the design and construction of major building projects located in California
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage small to large projects and engineering teams
