At Enpro, we’re looking for a dynamic Talent Business Partner to align and develop our talent strategies with our mission, values and unique dual bottom-line culture.

In this role, you will lead key talent management projects and collaborate closely with our Sr. HR Director, Talent & Culture, to foster an engaged and talent-focused organization.

Your work will span across Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Leadership Development.

You’ll also be instrumental in developing and maintaining key analytics to drive our talent agenda. Plus, you will provide essential day-to-day support to our corporate employees, ensuring they thrive in their roles.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Learning & Development

  • Assets Skills & Competencies : Utilize assessments to identify current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors needed to achieve Enpro’s organizational goals.
  • Design and deploy leadership development programs as needed to meet organizational objectives.
  • Measure effectiveness of learning and development strategies and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Manage critical Talent / HR projects and initiatives, including managing project team activities, tasks, deliverables, and timelines.

Track project progress and manage expectations through successful project completion.

  • Conduct needs assessments, design training, and partner with enterprise learning organization to facilitate critical development programs as needed.
  • Support EnPro Corporate employees through activities such as onboarding, data management & administrative tasks, and other activities as assigned.

Organizational Development

  • Deploy leadership development strategies leveraging individual and team coaching methodologies.
  • Design team coaching experiences that align with the leadership philosophy of Enpro.
  • Support change management initiatives and employee communication campaigns.

Talent Management

  • Collaborate with HR Stakeholders to deploy talent and performance management strategies including succession planning.
  • In partnership with Sr Director of HR, Talent & Culture, develop succession plans and career development plans for future leaders.
  • Recommend and implement plans for continued talent management process improvements, system enhancements, and new applications to support business strategies and operational needs.
  • Manage other Talent Management initiatives as assigned.

Analytics & Systems

Work with Senior HR Leadership to develop and maintain meaningful HR and organizational analytics for the Enterprise. Responsible for design and expertise of HR Talent Systems including but not limited to PageUp, UKG, and various LMS systems.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent management, analytics, project management, or similar field.
  • Strong technical aptitude, and analytical skills.
  • Business acumen and high learning agility.
  • Experience in Coaching and / or Team Coaching.
  • Ability to handle confidential information, build and maintain confidence with leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influence skills.
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Must be self-directed, results focused, and have excellent initiative and organizational skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in industrial organizational development, HR Management, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
  • Canva.
