At Northern Tool + Equipment we are committed to serving those who do the tough jobs. Our stockers keep our retail stores organized and our shelves full for our customers by unloading product deliveries and moving the product to the sales floor.

They maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, as well as greeting customers and assembling products for displays and customers as needed.

Customer service is a part of the expectation of this role.

Position hours are 3am - 11am

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and working top stock down
• Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display

What you'll Bring to the Table

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability and willing to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
• A love of tools & equipment or ability to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude appreciated but not required.
