We're looking for someone interested in becoming a Showing Agent for a successful team. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline.
If and once licensed, you’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and upside commissions for your hard work.

Responsibilities
- Buyer lead follow-up
- Set appointments
- Execute appointments
- Obtain your license if you do not have one currently
- Work with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
- Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
- Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
Qualifications

- Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
Compensation
$70,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
