PROCESS CHANGE MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER

The Employer seeks a Process Change Manager / Project Manager experienced with aligning / modifying / enhancing processes across multiple organizations resulting in an improved ability to prioritize client requests, onboard new projects / clients while managing resource bandwidth, deadlines and overall successful project delivery.
Additionally, this role oversees project management responsibility for Developers and Quality Assurance professionals helping to realize their full potential and guide delivery to clients in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong background working with enterprise applications and data sources across multiple platforms for the purpose of generating intelligent dashboards that aid strategic business decisions and drive sales and improve profitability.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build excellent processes to manage seamless interface between business and engineering teams
- Define project management process for existing and new work, managing priorities, resource bandwidth and client expectations
- Establish best practices for software engineering, release, and quality including adherence to agile practices CI / CD, and testing
- Strong focus on feedback loops ranging from annual score carding to weekly one on one meetings
- Lead data driven team capacity planning
- Support experimentations and new development approaches that drive innovation
- Lead team to next level of documentation standards
- Instill a sense of ownership, humility, and accountability within the team, empowering individuals to contribute their best work
- Security leadership in development policies, processes, and cloud environment management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
- Track record delivering high end organization and detail orientation to complex projects
- Articulate communicator with both technical and business teams
- Good understanding with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, SQL, ETL, Oracle and data related products (Informatica, Databricks, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Pentaho, Angular, Azure, C#.NET).
- Good understanding with cloud platforms and integration between on prem and cloud environments and business intelligence tools, dashboards and data discovery
- Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and emerging technologies
- 7+ experience leading technical software engineering projects and managing performance of individual contributors
- Engineering experience a plus.
