Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible - Strong preference for BC or a set date for testing for taking the boards . REQUIRED
- IL state license - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- Covid Vaccination - REQUIRED
Schedule
- 2 weeks of coverage needed monthly - starting 1 / 13 / 2025
- Current Providers are 14on 14off - On Call Daily 24hr with 8 hours of patient contact
