Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Handles instruments, supplies and equipment properly.
- Performs activities that foster a culture of safety within the department and organization.
- Identifies safety / risk reduction strategies and communicates these to department director.
- Orders supplies.
- Cleans all anesthesia machines.
- Stocks all anesthesia carts.
- Maintains supplies in Malignant Hyperthermia carts
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED.
- Optional : Certification as an Operating Room Surgical Technician
- Prior experience working in an Operating Room setting within an acute care hospital preferred but we will be willing to train.
- On call rotation is required
Posted Salary Range
USD $28.43 - USD $34.42 / Hr.
