Our client, one of the largest healthcare corporations, is looking for a Bilingual English / Spanish Healthcare Dental Benefit Customer Service Representative to work in downtown Miami.

Responsibilities include addressing dental benefit inquiries, managing authorizations, pre-treatment plans, eligibility, and assisting with auditing reports.

The role collaborates closely with the company account management and the client’s benefits team.

Pay Rate Range : $ to $ per hour / depending on experience

Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00AM to 4 : 30PM EST

Location : Onsite - Downtown Miami, FL

Duration : Position is a 5 month W2 contract role

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Answer voicemail messages
• Provide front desk customer service : Benefit Education, Eligibility verification, handle escalated claim issues
• Log incoming calls, maintain call tracking log and activity log
• Assist new hires with enrollment and benefit education
• Help locate dental providers
• Educate on dental portal usage
• Manage emergency adds of employees in database
• Ensure timely submission of weekly eligibility files
• Collaborate on weekly Eligibility Error Reports
• Manage COBRA enrollments and audits
• Support Wellness events
• Participate in benefit education sessions
• Attend healthcare dental educational sessions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook / email
• Knowledge of medical or dental benefits / terminology and claim processing
