Staff Product Manager - AI Observability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in AI / ML, with a focus on model development, deployment, and monitoring in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment..
• High degree of technical understanding to be able to closely collaborate with engineers, architects, and AI / ML practitioners in both strategic and tactical discussions
• Deep understanding of ML / LLM Ops principles, and the AI development lifecycle.
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Proven track record of working effectively with engineers, data scientists, other product managers to deliver successful AI / ML products, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and work with cross-functional teams to drive real business impact.
• Strong capability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Preferred :

• Experience with cloud-based AI / ML platforms (., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
• Familiarity with open-source AI / ML frameworks and tools (., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Passion for building responsible and ethical AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Intuit’s product offerings

Responsibilities

• Champion the Vision : Spearhead the development and execution of our AI Observability roadmap, ensuring alignment with Intuit's broader GenAI and ML platform strategies.
• Build Key Capabilities : Drive the implementation of robust AI Observability features, including : Model Monitoring ServiceMode Registry and LineageComprehensive Model CardsAn LLM Leaderboard
• Create user education and onboarding programs to grow adoptions of AI development best practice across the company.
• Ensure product success from ideation, execution, to launch, ongoing support and improvements of the roadmap.
• Collect feedback and understand user needs from AI / ML practitioners and BU stakeholders, derive requirements, analyze trade-offs, and prioritize areas of investments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams data scientists, ML engineers, and developers to gather requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Stay at the forefront of AI / ML trends and technologies to drive innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance our platform's capabilities and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $172,500 - $233,000, Bay Area California $177,000-239,500.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
