Overview We are looking for a driven Network Training and Safety Manager with a demonstrated history of success in developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety and training programs.

This person will need to reside in AR, WI, or OH and the role will require about 50-75% travel among the sites aligned in this area.

This pivotal role focuses on cultivating safe and compliant work environments through effective training initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in OSHA regulations, coupled with strong leadership qualities and exceptional communication skills.

They will also have a solid background in occupational health and safety, with a particular emphasis on leading training programs that prioritize regulatory compliance.

The Network Training and Safety Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continuous improvement for EHS training. Key Responsibilities

  • Training : Develop and conduct EHS training programs for employees at all levels on safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and workplace best practices.
  • Job Hazard Analysis : Review and observe tasks that are involved in the everyday operational responsibilities of all employees.

Determine requirement levels of PPE, ergonomics, likelihood of sprains and strains, and the document findings.

  • Safety Program Development : Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs in compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Assessment : Perform regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Incident Investigation : Lead investigations into safety incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Compliance Monitoring : Monitor and ensure company-wide compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable safety laws and standards.
  • Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on safety inspections, audits, training activities, and incidents.
  • Emergency Response : Develop and coordinate emergency response plans and conduct regular drills and training sessions.
  • Policy Development : Update and enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively across the organization.
  • Employee Engagement : Promote a culture of safety through continuous communication, training, and engagement with all employees.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest OSHA regulations and industry best practices, and incorporate them into the company’s safety programs.

Compensation Range for fully qualified candidate - $85,000 - $95,000 annually Benefits

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, OSHA 30-Hour) are preferred.

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role, with a strong focus on OSHA compliance and training program development.
  • Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence others in a positive and effective manner.
  • Detail-Oriented : High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to conduct physical site inspections and respond to emergency situations as needed. Working Conditions :
  • Environment : This position involves working in both office settings and on-site locations, which may include exposure to various industrial environments.
