Location : Highland Park, IL
Pay : Competitive rate of $33-40 per hour

Job Description :
Hours : Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule : Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of students with disabilities.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in both general education and special education settings.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to meet individual goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records related to student progress and IEP documentation.
- Stay current with best practices and research in special education to provide high-quality instruction.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Current Illinois teaching license in Special Education or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
