We are looking for a qualified Graphic Designer to join our team.

Our team seeks a Intermediate-Level Graphic Designer with 5-8 years of professional experience that encompasses both print and web.

You will contribute to the execution of projects from design concept through production. This role will be involved in maintaining and furthering the brand standards across print and web for each Roman and Williams, RW Guild, RW Guild Gallery and La Mercerie.

Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong ability in the following :

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Work with Guild Art Director, with One Rockwell agency and work with the RW Communications team to implement updates to Roman and Williams, RW Guild and RW Guild Gallery according to project timelines.
• For RW duties will include but not be limited to revamping of the RW website.
• For Guild print projects include regular updates to in-store selling tools, window graphics, product packaging and more.
• Web projects include timely updates to category pages, product listing pages, product detail pages, and other special projects.
• Creating and presenting concepts for new projects and campaigns.
• Brand identity, logo and package design.
• Photo retouching, manipulation, color correction and archiving.
• An eye for selecting hero imagery, then edit and crop
• Update key website pages with new imagery after photoshoots, proactively identifying image needs.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent level experience in Graphic Design
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Proficient in Sketch
• A working knowledge of both print production and graphic design for web, demonstrated with an excellent portfolio
• Knowledge of CMS including Shopify, Klaviyo and Sitecore
• Love for all things Art & Design

The Applicant should be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

Strong verbal and written communications skills, time management and

the ability to multi-task will be required. Your personal aesthetic should reflect the visual language of Roman and Williams, RW Guild, RW Guild Gallery and La Mercerie.
