Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

- Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 guaranteed / 40 scheduled. NOTE : ANY overtime must be pre-approved

- Required Certifications : NM State PT License, BLS

- Additional Notes : Hours : 7 : 00 am 5 : 30pm; Breaks : Unpaid 30 min lunch break 1230-1300 Time off / Holidays : TBDDays of Week : TBD (Clinic is open 7 : 00 am 5 : 30pm, M-Fri) Mandatory Meetings : Expected to attend, if occurs during UNPAID 30 min lunch break, will adjust timecard to reflect and convert to PAIDDress code : Dark Gray(Pewter) top and Black pants.

- Preferred Skillset / Experience : PREFERRED Outpatient experience. Dry needling, Manual Therapy
- Common Diagnosis / Treatment : Medical- .
- Required Education : Based on NM State Licensing Board
Required Qualifications
NM State PT License, BLS
