SENIOR EXECUTIVE & INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS LEAD, CORPORATE RISK COMMUNICATIONS
About this role :
This position will design and implement an executive and internal communication program for a member of the Corporate Risk Leadership Team.
The individual contributor in this role will develop an executive communications strategy in alignment with business objectives to foster engagement, drive business results, and enhance Wells Fargo's reputation.
This position can office in Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; or West Des Moines, IA, and is required to be in the office 3 days a week.

In this role, you will :
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to a member of the Risk Leadership Team
- Develop and implement communications strategies and plans that drive business priorities
- Ensure integrated communications approach to executive, internal, and external communications
- Write and edit, key messages, talking points, and other content to inform target audiences
- Identify strategic storytelling opportunities that promote executive(s) and key initiatives
- Work with the leader's direct reports to ensure their messaging ladders up
- Identify executive advocacy, internal speaking and / or social media opportunities
- Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes
- Partner with communicators to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging

Required Qualifications :
7+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications :
- Experience developing integrated executive communications strategies and plans
- Experience counseling executives on high profile issues and the delivery of internal communications
- Experience designing executive thought leadership platforms
- Experience writing stories across various social, internal, and digital channels
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
