This position is located in Carmel, NY
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions in person or via telehealth.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay informed about current best practices and ethical guidelines in mental health treatment.
Qualifications :
- Current licensure as an LCSW or LMHC.
- Experience in providing mental health therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
