Hours : Nights 7 : 00 pm - 7 : 15 am

Pay Rate - $17.00 - $19.00 starting with opportunities for wage increases based on meeting additional criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for adjusting dryer temperatures to remain compliant to customer's specifications.
• Monitors Belts and turns on cleaning brushes as needed to minimize temperature fluctuations from burnt product.
• Optimizes dryer performance while maintaining consistent, quality products
• Responsible for spraying out dryer swecos and shakers as often as needed to ensure consistent dryer feed, with a minimum of once per hour.
• Ensures clear and timely communication to maximize quality, productivity and minimize down time.
