Bed Count : 14 beds across 7 rooms.Experience Required : ICU stepdown or PCU, with skills in arterial and CVP pressure lines, titrating pressors, and managing trach & stable vented patients.
Scheduling : Shift Start : 6 : 45 am / pm.Schedule : 3 shifts / week, self-scheduling with advance planning.Weekend Requirement : 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks.
Holiday Requirement : Works within the perm staff rotation.Floating : First to float, can float to Tele or Med-Surg.Charting System : Cerner.
License to Submit : Yes.Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, COVID Vaccine.Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week.
