Role

Part-time Operations Assistant (in person, Las Vegas 89102)

2025 hours per week

What you will do

  • Repackage and ship high-value jewelry via FedEx, UPS, and USPS
  • Track parcels and maintain shipping logs
  • Receive deliveries and update Excel and QuickBooks records
  • Organize supplies, inventory, and filing
  • Enter invoices, receipts, and expenses in bookkeeping software
  • Handle light warranty intake and general office support

What you bring

  • Experience in admin, shipping, or office support
  • Basic bookkeeping skills in QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Able to lift and move packages as needed
  • Nice to have

  • 23 years in shipping or office admin
  • 12 years with QuickBooks or Xero
  • Pay and benefits

  • $18$24 per hour, depending on experience
  • Part-time schedule with room to grow in an international luxury brand
  • Calm, friendly work environment

  • On-site only, Las Vegas, NV 89102
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • A background check may be required due to high-value inventory
