Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our dishes meet our standards of excellence.
Duties :
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and guidelines
- Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
- Ensure food quality meets food safety standards and is presented attractively
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Chef regarding stock needs
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, ovens, etc.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating culinary delights
- Experience in meal preparation and menu planning is a plus
- Culinary certification or degree is preferred
