We seek a passionate and dedicated Lead Early Childhood Teacher (ages 6wks - 3yrs) to join our team.

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will :
- Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
- Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum while working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Support your centers success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Requirements :
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE (preferred).
