The Dennis Law Firm's Atlanta, GA office is seeking a driven litigator to join our elite plaintiff-side Personal Injury team.

You will gain immediate responsibility over a high-value caseload, benefiting from the resources and platform of a leading PI firm.

This includes marketing, pre-suit lawyers, support staff, and operations, along with mentorship and culture from some of our most successful trial attorneys.

No billable hours, no need to generate your own cases. Take advantage of our extensive marketing and business development efforts to build your practice and focus on delivering justice.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law
• Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications

• Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
