As a Travel Booker, your main responsibility will be to exceed clients' expectations by providing excellent customer service and creating memorable travel experiences.
You will utilize your strong listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and self-direction to effectivelv meet and exceed clients' travel needs.
This role requires patience, a commitment to continuous learning, and a genuine passion for the travel industry. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about attending online trainings and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

- Excellent listening and communication skills to understand and address clients' travel preferences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to find creative solutions and handle unexpected challenges.
- Patience and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Self-directed and motivated to work independently, while also being a valuable team player.
- Passion for travel and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to attend online trainings and continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and their travel arrangements simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation systems and online booking platforms.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as required.
