Newly Licensed Nurses Welcome to Apply. 7 North - 36 bed medical / surgical / telemetry unit - Known for our great teamwork and respect - Great nurse to patient ratios - This is a fast-paced medical unit providing care for a diverse adult population with acute and chronic conditions - We see patients with acute and chronic conditions including but not limited to : asthma, psych, Detox, CHF, COPD, renal disease, DKA, DVT, flu, HTN, PE, pneumonia, sepsis and UTI - Utilizes a team approach in caring for patients collaborating with physicians and other disciplines in developing individualized plan of care for each patient.

• BSN is required - Newly Licensed Nurses welcome to apply. - Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required - BLS certification required - Med / Surg experience preferred.
• Adheres to all I C.A.R.E. standards. - Must show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients.
• Demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities. - Ability to function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate effective skills in applying hospital standards in area of service, team work, communication, respect for others, and time / priority management.
