Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Wireless Sales and Marketing Consultant at Eighty 8 Solutions, Inc. This position is not a remote job and requires the representative to be present at our primary location. The selected candidate will play a vital role in not only meeting but exceeding sales expectations by offering tailored solutions to our diverse customer base.

We are looking for proactive individuals who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer relations, driven by both sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide tailored solutions to their wireless technology needs.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and educate customers on the latest wireless devices and accessories.
  • Stay up-to-date with new wireless products, services, and industry trends.
  • Identify customers’ needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable products and services.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and marketing strategies.
  • Resolve customer issues and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing new promotions to customers on new products and services for their wireless devices.
  • Maintain and manage merchandise display areas to ensure effective product presentation.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, sales, server, retail experiences.
  • Open availability to work a full-time schedule.
  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license with own vehicle to reliably commute to and from work.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones and wireless devices.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and a positive attitude.
