We are looking for a Full-Time Wireless Sales and Marketing Consultant at Eighty 8 Solutions, Inc. Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide tailored solutions to their wireless technology needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by executing effective marketing strategies.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and educate customers on the latest wireless devices and accessories.
- Stay up-to-date with new wireless products, services, and industry trends.
- Identify customers’ needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable products and services.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and marketing strategies.
- Resolve customer issues and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
- Marketing new promotions to customers on new products and services for their wireless devices.
- Maintain and manage merchandise display areas to ensure effective product presentation.
Requirements
- Previous customer service, sales, server, retail experiences.
- Open availability to work a full-time schedule.
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle to reliably commute to and from work.
- Available to start immediately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and wireless devices.
- A team player with a high level of dedication and a positive attitude.
