About the Role :

Join King's Tax Service Inc. as a Bookkeeping and Payroll Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' financial accuracy and compliance. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic environment, supporting both our team and our valued customers in Hyannis, MA.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process payroll for clients accurately and on time.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for client review.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in tax preparation and compliance for clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding financial matters.
  • Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a tax service firm is a plus.
