Senior Reliability Engineer – Randstad USA

Well established, reputable and growing organization located in Indianapolis, Indiana is looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess experience with a World Class Reliability program. The role comes with a very appealing compensation plan commensurate with experience; base salary ranging from $150k to $160k plus a 20% annual bonus. Relocation assistance is also available. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the companies reliability and risk aversion across the enterprise by developing reliability plans and proactive / preventative maintenance strategies, conducting root cause analysis, analyzing data and creating capital plans.
• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Actively reviews practices, workflows and systems to identify opportunities and advises on appropriate interventions for process improvements that impact production and business results.
• Facilitates change management by engaging with cross functional teams to foster a culture of proactive reliability improvements; provides training and support to employees at all levels to encourage the adoption of new processes and tools.
• Drives knowledge exchange with technology experts to increase awareness of potential improvement opportunities.
• Encourage innovative thinking and explores new technologies or methodologies that could further enhance reliability within the company.
• Conducts root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems.
