About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Monday - Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 Experience : New grads are welcome, SNF experience preferred License : State License Required Certifications : Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior;
8 Hours of Dementia Training Must-Have : - Resume - License verification - Prescreen form completed and attached - Three references Job Description : - Perform assessments of patients' functional needs and design an appropriate treatment plan - Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care - Facilitate patient recovery and improve their ability to perform everyday activities - Educate patients and families on home exercises and adapted techniques for activities of daily living - Maintain detailed records of treatment and progress - Comply with all mandatory credentialing checks, including : - County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Federal Criminal (7 years or more) - Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) - Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG Search - GSA Search - Social Security Number Trace - 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray - SAM Search - CORI Massachusetts Background *Note : This position does not require bilingual capability or holiday coverage.*
