Position Overview : We are seeking experienced Machinery Operators to join our production team, specifically focusing on custom orders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of efficiently setting up and operating machinery to produce small batch, custom corrugated packaging products.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our multifaceted machinery arsenal and contribute to the success of our business by delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Efficiently set up and make ready various machinery, including die-cutters and flexo folder-gluers, to produce small batch, custom corrugated packaging products.

Ensure accurate interpretation and execution of job specifications, including dimensions, colors, and finishing requirements, to meet client expectations.

Collaborate closely with the production planning team to prioritize and schedule custom orders, optimizing machine utilization and minimizing setup times.

Monitor production processes closely, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards and maximize efficiency.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus on custom order production in the corrugated packaging industry.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently set up and make ready machinery for small batch production.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret job specifications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
