Collaborate with Product to understand and gather requirements.Conduct user interviews.Define personas, user journeys, and task flows.
Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness.Experience working with complex interactions (management-level dashboards, reporting).
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively articulate interaction and design ideas.Proficient with InVision tool.
Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch Good to have.Experience creating design systems.Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and technology teams.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.Experience working across Agile / Scrum and Lean UX.
Work efficiently with cross-functional teams.Should have knowledge of accessibility and strategize conforming solutions.Process Skills :
Should have worked in Agile projects.
