We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at the TownePlace Suites, Wareham, MA.
As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our hotel. With your engaging personality and passion for hospitality , you will collaborate closely with our General Manager to provide outstanding guest service and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
Located in Wareham, MA our TownePlace Suites offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers.
This is an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities :
- Manage front office operations , including guest service, room availability, and cost controls
- Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and help with performance evaluations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance Hospitality standards
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to maintain a seamless operation

Requirements
- Prior hotel experience 1-2 years, preferably in a leadership role
- Front of the house hotel experience
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations or property management
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Marriott, Fosse knowledge is a plus nut not a requirement
