What will you do?

• Monitors and optimizes the chemical, and technical aspects of all vinegar production on site.
• Establishes and performs training program focused on improving operator skill and knowledge base for all aspects of the vinegar fermentation process.
• Leads and participates in process improvement projects associated with vinegar production and process efficiency.
• Assists in SAP documentation and training as required.
• Assists in troubleshooting the production process to eliminate production losses due to contamination, equipment malfunction and human error.
• Participates in process and equipment risk assessments in order to optimize engineering design and safety.
• Assists as necessary in other plant production related functions such as sampling and testing.

What will you need to be successful?

EDUCATION : ?Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

EXPERIENCE : ?2-5 years' experience in the food / pharmaceutical industry serving in a technical support capacity.

SKILLS : High level of motivation and the ability to work independently with a minimum of guidance from management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.?

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $73,000 to $108,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.

In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
