We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Escondido, California.
This full-time position includes both onsite and remote work options, catering to professionals who appreciate flexibility and variety in their work settings.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that address specific patient needs and functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other healthcare providers to facilitate integrated care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Provide education and support to family members and caregivers.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience in a variety of clinical settings is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
