Location : Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel % : 15%

Pay : Anticipated Base Salary of $131,000-225,400

What you will do

The Sr Manager, Global Retail Excellence Skin Health & Beauty Strategic Portfolio Management is an influential voice of customer and category role within our brand and customer development teams.

This individual will employ advanced analytics and insights to shape and deploy strategic portfolio management (SPM) leadership and growth strategies and develop our SPM talent.

This individual will provide critical inputs to shape the Skin Health & Beauty Strategic Portfolio Management roadmap with focus on optimizing global to local data management, defining our portfolio map with clearly defined roles of brands / SKUs, channel and promotional strategies, consistent brand portfolio price architecture fit for use across multiple regions.

The Sr Manager is responsible for collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure the strategic portfolio management solutions are scalable and drive strategic growth for the organization and our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Capability Leadership Role

  • Executes capability roadmap and playbook for Strategic portfolio management including RGM principles, promotional guardrails, and channel strategy for assigned segment.
  • Leads Strategic Portfolio management workstreams across assigned segment BDTs based on prioritization and focus from 3YOP and OKRs.
  • Leads development of Strategic portfolio roadmap and multi-year portfolio strategy aligned to category vision, brand strategy, and customer / channel dynamics for priority markets to address unmet consumer needs, minimize channel conflict and ensuring GP acceleration and volume growth.
  • Ensures appropriate resourcing and pipeline integration through Brand Development Teams (BDT) and segment governance to executed key SPM initiatives.
  • Partners with priority market capability leads on deployment of SPM strategy for local market dynamics.

Brand Development Team Leadership Role

  • Is the Retail Excellence liaison for a BDT to ensure voice of customer and core retail excellence principles are activated across BDT
  • Brings priorities to retail excellence squads for alignment and prioritization of work.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Skills / Experiences

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of Consumer Products industry experience in Portfolio Management, Category or Customer Strategy, Customer Business Development, Category Insights & Analytics, and / or Shopper Insights & analytics
  • Budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen.
  • Up to 15% global or domestic travel

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • Direct customer sales experience in CPG is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of omni retail customer store operations, structure, strategy, and retail execution tactics preferred.
  • Global or multi-regional experience is preferred.
