Vesta, Inc. is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals in our Community Housing program. We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Admissions Coordinator to join our team and help reduce vacancies while ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities :
Determine appropriateness for placement in the residential program
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and determine DSM-V diagnoses
Facilitate insurance authorizations and communicate with ASO regarding clinical presentation, treatment goals, and discharge criteria
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct client care, including crisis intervention and therapy
Assist in developing and coordinating care plans
Travel to state psychiatric hospitals and community referral sources
Maintain accurate and complete documentation through electronic health records
Build strong relationships with community stakeholders to minimize vacancies
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
Active Maryland license (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC)
Strong clinical, rehabilitative, and residential treatment experience
Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft products and electronic health records
Position Details :
Full-Time : Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.
Location : Lanham, MD, with travel to hospitals and referral sources as needed.

Compensation and Benefits :
Pay Range : $70.898 - $79,405,76 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
Other Compensation : Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).
PTO : New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).
Holidays : 8 paid holidays per year
Retirement : 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
Health Benefits : Full-time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire.
