Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team at our facility located in Loveland, CO, 80538. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and troubleshooting mechanical components and systems.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions
- Assist with or assemble basic sections of machines to customer specifications; attach unit to assembly, subassembly or frame using various hand and power tools
- Perform basic mechanical assembly operations to exacting tolerances; position and align parts using fixtures, jigs and templates;
- work with rotating shafts, gear trains, mechanical structures, and sprockets. Drill, tap, ream, countersink, and spotface bolt holes in parts;
file, lap and buff parts to fit; clean and lubricate parts and subassemblies
- Use measuring instruments to level and align work, detect and eliminate run-out, work to close tolerances with a demand for square, concentricity and parallelism.
- Assist with or assemble basic electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings using rivets, bolts, and soldering equipment
- Label, wire and connect switch boxes and control panel terminal boards from basic wiring diagrams. Check wiring for proper coding and termination;
check for shorts, grounds, and continuity.
Assist with the detection of defective material, unusual conditions or operating difficulties and report to supervisor
Qualifications
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills
- Attention to detail and precision in assembly work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly is preferred
- Ability to work overtime as needed
The approximate pay range for this position is $24 - $26. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
