Responsibilities
- Cross Sell : Engage with clients and find additional coverages and products that suit their needs.
- Client Interaction : Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions in a courteous and timely manner.
- Problem Resolution : Address and resolve customer issues to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
- Policy Support : Provide guidance on policy coverage, premiums, and options available to clients.
- Workflow Coordination : Maintain organization and efficiency in processing customer requests and documents.
- Product Knowledge : Stay informed about our insurance products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies in all customer interactions.

Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (required)
- Life and Health license (required)
- Bilingual English / Spanish (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and support clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer information, policy documentation, and service delivery.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, uphold ethical standards, and represent the agency with integrity.
