Be the Face of Change :
As an integral part of our intake department, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking behavioral health services, ensuring a smooth and supportive entry into our care.
You'll manage the entire intake process, provide transitional support, and conduct annual level of care assessments. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Intake Management : Guide individuals through the initial stages of care, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Transitional Support : Maintain a caseload of BHH clients, providing crucial support until they are matched with the perfect provider.
- Level of Care Assessments : Apply your clinical skills to assess client needs and determine appropriate levels of care.
- Collaboration : Work closely with our BHH team, sharing your insights regarding clients needs, barriers and other necessary information to enhance client care.
You will collaborate with experienced clinicians, care coordinators and administrative staff.

Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Maine.
- MHRTC or eligible to obtain one.
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
- A passion for serving our community and supporting individuals facing behavioral health challenges.
