You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using the latest technologies including API, REST / GraphQL, JavaScript, and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Encompass, API, REST / GraphQL, JavaScript, and AWS technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals to implement Encompass solutions.
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture.
• Use and adapt existing web applications for apps.
• Create and test software prototypes.
• Develop client displays and user interfaces.
• Assist software personnel in handling project-related work and other requirements.
• Coordinate with other software professionals and developers.

Job Details

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology development.
• Proven experience with API, REST / GraphQL, JavaScript, and AWS.
• Experience with Encompass software development.
• Strong understanding of the software development cycle.
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
• Solid experience in problem-solving with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• High degree of independent judgment and complex problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.
• Eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies.
