Our client provides a full range of market-leading wireless solutions, including DAS, in-building cellular, and more. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a robust background in the construction industry.

This role calls for direct involvement in the planning, execution, and timely completion of projects while adhering to budget constraints and strict deadlines.

Focus :

  • Assist the Project Manager throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure and post-project maintenance.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure successful project execution.
  • Liaise with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and ensure these are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project plans.
  • Track project progress, handle issues that arise, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, providing project status updates and managing expectations.
  • Support the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage project licenses, contracts, and billing, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.

Skill Set :

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction sector, with specific expertise in DAS systems considered a significant plus.
  • Proven proficiency with project management tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the capability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and a keen eye for detail in contract management.
  • A proactive approach with discipline to manage various task levels efficiently.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record; willingness to utilize personal vehicle for work purposes.
