Job Description : As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial link between our company and our diverse client base.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Assisting Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes.
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Translating documents and correspondence between English and Spanish.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications :
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous customer service experience in the insurance industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with insurance terminology and policies.
Requirements :
