THE JOB :
At Primrose, the Bus Person plays a crucial role in upholding the overall cleanliness and organization of the establishment.
Their main duty is to ensure that the dining room, storerooms, food pick-up area, and beverage station adhere to the prescribed standards of cleanliness and stock levels.
STARTING RATE : $ plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Assist servers in ensuring proper guest service by promptly responding to their requests and supporting their needs.
Safely lift and transport heavy equipment, such as trays of dishes and bus tubs, to and from the dining area and kitchen.
Polish flatware and set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories.
Clear, clean, and sanitize booth / chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items.
Coordinate table availability and communicate effectively with servers, hostesses, and management to ensure effective table turnover.
Serve water, coffee and soft drinks and refill as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of dining room floors by ensuring they are clean and free of debris.
Assist in setting up and servicing occasional group events, ensuring all guest needs are met and the event runs smoothly.
Preform other job-related duties as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
PREFFERED :
Some bus person experience.
Some customer service experience.
Experience working in a similar resort setting.
