DAY SHIFT SERVICE ADVISOR - ROCHESTER, NY

Dimmick Group Peterbilt, a family-owned and operated dealership, is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Day Shift Service Advisor at our Henrietta, NY location.

Day Shift Service Advisor hours are from 7 : 00am - 4pm. With over 220 employees across 9 locations in NY, VT, and NH, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with technicians, service office, and parts personnel to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Regularly communicate and report to the Service Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Help maintain Peterbilt's Platinum Service Center status.
• Keep customers informed about their truck's status via phone and through the Decisiv platform, including any delays.
• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and / or service of their vehicle issues
• Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations

Job Requirements :

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with CDK and Decisiv preferred.
• Microsoft Proficiency
• Diesel Repair Knowledge preferred
• Driven and collaborative.
• Team player.
